Sign up.
Find what you like and:
shoot it -- snap a photo with your camera phone and prepare to send!
locate it -- enter the street address into the body of the message:
25 spring st.
tag it -- add a colon and a tag, or keyword:
25 spring st. : street.art
send it -- to:
nyc@foundcity.net to tag Manhattan
brk@foundcity.net to tag Brooklyn
sf@foundcity.net to tag San Francisco
la@foundcity.net to tag Los Angeles
lon@foundcity.net to tag London
bos@foundcity.net to tag Boston
chi@foundcity.net to tag Chicago

Tips:
Leave the subject line blank. All your text goes in the body of the message.
Keywords can be a single word, like "cafe" or if you want more than one word to describe it, do like this: "favorite.cafe".
When you get home and log in to your map, you can add a description to your tag.
